YOGA, FLEXIBILITY & INVERSIONS AT GRAVITY CALISTHENICS GYM IN DUBAI

A set of classes that builds your endurance upside down as well as a flow state of mind. These classes act as stand alone teachings as well as complimentary to your movement journey in Calisthenics and Parkour. 

Yoga: Taking place in our upstairs studio, our yoga classes involve a mix of flows, static progressions and the perfect way to slow down your movements for perfection. 

Flexibility: As the name says, this class involves getting your body to stretch in ways you thought impossible. An interactive session of pushing your boundaries and further enhancing your muscle agility. 

Inversions: Getting you comfortable upside down to master your own body. A class that focuses on the smallest muscle engagements to allow your body to flip its systems. A great focus on wrist mobility and an efficient way of building your muscles for furthering your Calisthenics journey.
